Relief Chef
Ideally you will have previous 3, 4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of food standards are maintained and for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health & safety when on duty.
The relief chef will report directly to the Head Chef, must be passionate about high standards and have the ability to cope under pressure.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic chef looking for a flexible working relationship within a quality environment.
Cover required will be 1-2 days in the quieter months increasing to 2-3 days per week in the busier months.
