Experienced Wedding and Functions Co-ordinator
You will have experience in organising weddings, functions or conferences in a luxury hotel or conference environment.
The successful candidate will have high standards of customer service and very good organisational skills.
40 hours plus per week, Tuesday to Saturday with variable shifts.
The salary on offer for an experienced Wedding co-ordinator is in excess of £16,000 plus bonus.
Sous Chef
Ideally, the Sous Chef will have previous 3, 4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants with ideally have 2 years experience at Chef de Partie level or higher within a similar operation.. He or she will be responsible for ensuring high levels of food standards are maintained and will also be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene, health and safety and for junior staff development.
The Sous Chef will be reporting directly to the Head Chef, must be passionate and have the ability to cope under pressure.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Sous Chef looking for a progressive and challenging role. Fluent English is essential and applicants from overseas must have a valid working visa. Live in accommodation is available.
The salary on offer for a Sous Chef is up to £20,000 plus bonus.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be a confident leader of the restaurant team at this luxury country house hotel with a fine dining restaurant and a growing reputation. You will have an eye for fine detail and be working alongside the senior management team. You will also ensure that each guest has a memorable dining experience.
The successful candidate will have high standards of customer service and very good food/beverage knowledge.
Accommodation is available on site.
The salary on offer for Assistant Restaurant Manager is up to £18,000 plus tips.
Experienced Waiters / Waitresses
