The Garden room
Ideal for a variety of special events (weddings, birthdays, christenings) as well as for more formal occasions (funerals), the versatile Garden room is a large and spacious room. Situated in a peaceful area of the hotel on the ground floor and away from the hustle and bustle of the reception and entrance, it also boasts patio doors which lead out onto the terrace and walled garden, which can make an ideal outside adjoining locale. Suitable for up to 70 guests seated cabaret style.
The Music room
A ground floor room in the oldest part of the house, and near to the reception and bar, the Music room is full of character. Its delicate furnishings, large windows, open fire and stripped floor lend it a comfortable and homely feel. It creates the perfect environment for medium-size parties. Suitable for 20-22 guests seated.
The Library
The Library is a light and airy room overlooking the terrace and perfect for small groups wishing to celebrate a special occasion for either lunch or dinner. Suitable for up to 10-12 guests seated.
The Card room
Situated in the heart of the hotel, the Card room is a smaller room which boasts a beautiful view over the terrace garden. It is ideal for smaller, intimate parties and would therefore suit a family gathering or group of friends and associates wanting to meet together. Suitable for up to 8-10 people seated.
The Orangery
Located just off the reception area, the Orangery is the perfect place for pre-lunch or pre-dinner drinks. In fine weather, guests would be able to take advantage of the doors opening out onto the terrace to enjoy the seclusion of the walled garden. Suitable for up to 20 guests.
The Terrace
The Terrace is situated within the walled garden, adjoining the Coach House and overlooking the outdoor swimming pool and garden. During the summer months, it can be used as an alternative to indoor rooms and is ideal for afternoon teas and al fresco dining.
