We are particularly keen always to use only the very best ingredients, whether it's for a candlelit dinner, a full English breakfast, a delicious snack by the swimming pool or a Wiltshire afternoon tea. Many of our vegetables and salads are home grown, and other produce, including meat and poultry, is sourced from nearby farms in Wiltshire and Somerset with strict animal welfare policies. We select our food suppliers with great care.
