A big thank you to you and all your staff for a wonderful day on Saturday. Everything was perfect, the venue, the food and the staff, with special praise for Lucy who made the day run smooth and was extremely helpful throughout. We relaxed knowing that she was in control. Also special mention of James and Maria, who were so helpful to us and all our guests throughout the weekend. Nothing was too much trouble, something that is sadly lacking in a great number of establishments. I knew we had done the right thing when we booked Beechfield for our daughter's wedding. I am sure you have read my email to Lucy, but would like to reiterate my feelings regarding the weekend. I have had my own wedding, children and grandchildren have been born, two sons have got married but I can honestly say that Saturday was the best day of my life. Just a quick note to thank you so much for making such a wonderful occasion run smooth. Everyone, family and friends have said what a great day it was, the food, the venue and the staff were just terrific.On a personal note, it was the best day of my life. Please accept this letter as a token of our very grateful thanks for ensuring our daughter  Abby’s wedding, on the 11th April, was so special. From the day before the wedding right through to the day after, we and our guests were made to feel very welcome, relaxed and reassured that everything would be perfect and so it was. My initial contact with your hotel started with a visit to discuss arrangements with Lucy. She was most helpful and took a great deal of time and trouble to ensure our every requirement was met. She was also wonderful on the day itself, particularly when the nerves started to appear! All the arrangements were managed efficiently and calmly by every member of your team and nothing was too much trouble. This enabled all our guests (and especially the mum and dad of the bride) to have a wonderful time with no stress! The whole day was perfect and everything Abby and Jason had wanted for their day was arranged magnificently. Everyone was so attentive and we received many compliments from family and friends, all of whom mentioned the beautiful, serene surroundings, great atmosphere and the wonderful food (many compliments to your chef). It was much more like celebrating a wedding in a family home amongst friends. Many thanks once again for all your efforts and please pass on our appreciation to every member of your staff for all their hard work. We will undoubtedly visit again to enjoy a family get together. 'Perfect! Superb! We recently got married at Beechfield and had an absolutely wonderful time. The hotel was the perfect setting for a wedding. All of the staff were superb throughout. They were very attentive and really friendly from the moment we met them. They were like having friends organising and serving us, whilst still keeping up a very high level of professionalism. From Lucy who made organising a wedding very easy for us, James and Chris who  kept everything running perfectly smoothly throughout the day,  the chef who produced fantastic food praised by all of the guests to Maria and her team of waiters and waitresses who were great! We would recommend Beechfield as a setting for a wedding to everyone.'

Yourself, Chris and James especially!, The day was perfect, the food was fantastic and the atmosphere made us feel like we were celebrating at a friends house! - All be it a very grand friends house! Before choosing Beechfield my Mum and I looked around so many Wiltshire venues; and all I can say is that we definitely chose the right place! I will be proud for you to use pictures of us on your web site, if Tom (photographer) doesn't send you any perhaps I could arrange some for you in the future!. You helped us from the very beginning when we initially came to view Beechfield house, right through to the day itself. Words can not express our sincere thanks to you. Thank you for helping to make our special day go so smoothly. We had a fantastic time and all our guests said what a wonderful venue the Beechfield was and how lovely it was to have lots of space to relax and chat in rather than just being crammed into one room with a noisy disco. A big thanks from Nancy and I for making our special day perfect in every way. Rarely do I hand out a 10/10 score so this is a rare accolade indeed. The house, the grounds compounded by the perfect weather meant that there was nothing left to be desired. Further complimented by the faultless and well timed service whilst welcoming our guests in garden next to the Orangery and, and especially later during the course of the meal, meant that the whole event went very smoothly. You were the perfect Maitre d and the meal itself was absolutely delicious. Everyone commented so. (Even the vegetarians) Indeed, everyone was so complimentary about the event, many even put it in writing afterwards in their thankyou notes. Our thanks to you, Chris and the staff on the evening. It was a faultless performance in every aspect and I can not think of anything that I would change. Once again thank you.
