The food was outstanding and the service immaculate. May I also offer personal thanks to you and the team for the way in which you welcomed us and managed the day on our behalf. You achieved that essential balance between being unobtrusive whilst, at the same time, attending to our every need. Hi Rachel,
Just got back from an amazing honeymoon in Indoensia, 3.5 weeks not long enough! Well what can I say, we had the most amazing day of our lives. Thanks to you and all the staff at Beechfield, who made the day run smoothly. Everyone said how excellent the food was, how friendly all the staff were and how beautiful the venue was. Thanks for ensuring all the details were in the right place as it all looked so beautiful. I have never seen flowers quite like the ones we had, they were amazing. It was a shame I missed the night do buffet, as by the time I got in from the photo session it was all gone, but report were it was excellent! Think it went in a record 30 mins so that speaks volumes I think. We will be doing formal thank you cards in due course so will pop one by. For now I attach a couple of pics, which friends took, so sure there will be more venue ones once we get the prof ones back. Thanks again and best of luck for the rest of the weddings this summer and in the future. Andy's nephew bought us an afternoon tea voucher so will be in soon I am sure!

Hi Rachel
We're just back from our honeymoon in Myknonos, so I wanted to say an enormous thank you to you for organising our wedding at Beechfield House. George and I had an absolutely brilliant day, and we are so grateful to you for doing such a wonderful job in putting together the whole day for us. The garden room looked absolutely stunning, the canapes and wedding breakfast were delicious, and you and all the Beechfield staff looked after everyone so well, it really made for the most unforgetable and happy day for us and all our guests - we were so touched by all the effort that everyone put into the wedding. Your eye for detail was perfect, and so typical of your thoughtfulness to leave a lovely card for George and I too, which came as a lovely suprise when we opened our presents the next day, so thank you for that to. Please would you also pass on all our thanks to the hotel staff too, and I very much hope that we will see you all again when we come to planning the next big party (Christening ! etc...) In the meanwhile, George and I send you all our warmest regards as it has been so nice to get to know you, and wish you every ongoing success at the hotel andwith all your forthcoming weddings.

A huge, huge thank you to you and all the staff for making yesterday so fantastic and memorable for all of us. I knew when we booked that we had made the right choice, but you surpassed all expectations to give us a day we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, you could not have done more. The wedding room was stunning, and the orangery and walled garden were perfect for pre lunch drinks. As for the wedding breakfast, it was 'to die for'!!! Please thank the chef for giving us the best beef we have ever tasted and the wedding cake was spectacularly delicious. We hoped the day would never end. You have truly created a masterpiece at Beechfield House and again thank you and all the staff for the work and effort to make it so special. I left £100 at reception to be shared out as I assume you have a box for such occasions. You are a star.

I am very sorry that it has taken us so long to officially thank you for everything you and the staff did to make our wedding day so special.  It's one of the few disadvantgaes to going back to work 2 days after getting married! I've attached some photos - it's hard to know what kind of thing you'd like so do let me know if there is anything particular that you'd like to see. So many of our friends and family have commented on how wonderful the venue was - and the food in particular was a massive hit! It was, in the end, exactly what we wanted and I hope all the hassle and moaning on my part wasn't too much to handle! Graham and I are already planning to come and stay for our first anniversary - without all the guests, 26 children and a dog this time!  Many thanks again - and Merry Christmas to you all.

We have the most perfect day and can't thank you enough for making it run so smoothly. I do have a thank you card which will make it's way to you shortly. Sorry it's taken so long to get it too you, time has just flown by since the wedding. Please pass our thanks onto the chef, we had so many comments on how good the food was even the fussiest of our guests ate the lot! We were really impressed with the speed at which the waiting staff served once a course was ready,not onlyare theya credit to themselves but also to you Rachel. Apologies for not responding sooner, but we have been away! Thanks very much for all your help with the wedding, you and your team helped me so much with trying to work out what I needed to be doing and when. I am not a very organised person and until my parents met you they were quite concerned about how I would manage to organise a wedding! Thankfully after the meeting they were much more relaxed about the whole day. I am really happy about how the day went, it wasrelaxing and easy going, just as I had hoped - and no children fell in the pool! I really appreciate the lengths that you went to in incorporating our primary wish of a child friendly wedding, I had several comments from parents about how easy everything had beenfor the children - that and such a beautiful venue was the main feedback. I do not have any photo's as yet, but am meeting the photographer tonight, so in the next few weeks I should be able to send some photo's to you. Anyway I cannot say thanks enough for all the help and hard work that wenton, behind the scenes as well. I had such a lovely day and have some great memories.

We have just got back from the Maltese island of Gozo which was wonderful and temp in mid-20's, which was a welcome contrast.
Thank you for everything - we had a truly wonderful day. Equally, our friends and familyhave commented on what a wonderful venue Beechfield is and how the surroundings are perfect, yet relaxed and the staff were great throughout the day- all things which can be reallyhard to find in one place. The food has received rave reviews (in fact more people commented on the food than on my dress!!)- it was absolutely fantastic, as was the service. We hope to have photo's mid-Nov, so will pop over with some - I'm really looking forward to seeing them myself, as the photographer was a bit of a perfectionist. I caught a glimpse of one picture and it was amazing. Many thanks to everyone at Beechfield, in particular to yourself and Tracy who have been fantastic and helpful throughout the whole planning process. Everyone kept saying how relaxed I'd been throughout the whole lead up and on the day, and I was able to reply that it was easy on first meeting you and Tracy to have that trust that it would be a day to remember - and it was and is!

Hope all is well with you and the team.  Sorry it has taken so long to write back but I wanted to wait until we had some official pictures back from our photographer.  Our honeymoon was absolutely wonderful - it was depressing to come back to England and back to work, which has been manic since I got back. Everyone including us had a truly wonderful weekend.  So many people commented on what a great venue it was and how relaxed and calm they felt.  It was exactly as we wanted and had hoped for and we enjoyed every minute of it! Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, its all been a bit hectic since we returned from our honeymoon! We have had a crazy round of peoples birthdays and then friends of ours got married abroad towards the end of September and there was a wedding party for that too! Things are finally starting to settle down now thank god! Sorry we didn't manage to get any pictures to you before the wedding fayre, we only recently collected our proofs from the photographers and have been through and chosen our favourites. We can still send you some if you would like? Not sure if you wanted any for your portfolio? No worries re the card and bubbly, you deserved it! You were so amazing on the day and you worked so hard along with our Best Man, Bridesmaid and Ushers to help make our day so special!
