Covid-19 policy
Please find the following general information for your stay with us which has been adjusted in line with our Covid-19 policy. Per the latest government guidelines please could we ask you to maintain social distancing with other guests and our team, use face coverings in inside communal areas, excluding the bar and dining rooms, and use the hand sanitisers provided.
Check-in – we will send you a pre-arrival email with a form for you to complete online contactless check-in. On arrival we will give you a map of the layout of the hotel to enable you to easily find your room. Your key is in your room. Please note in accordance with the latest guidelines we will not be servicing your room and staff will not enter your room during your stay. If you require any additional supplies please call reception – 0 and we will deliver these to outside your room door.
Check-out – again contactless, we ask that you leave your key in your room. We will charge any incidentals on your room account to the card details held and email you a copy of the final bill.
Dining – In order to maintain as much social distancing as possible for our team we do now require pre-orders for all meals including breakfast. We are fortunate in having four separate dining rooms and tables have now been spaced at least two metres apart.
Swimming pool – the pool is heated to 84F and open from dawn to dusk. Please respect social distancing in the pool and note the maximum number in the pool at any time is 6. Pool towels are available and should be taken back to your room after use.
