Beechfield House Hotel Wiltshire: Your Stunning Summer Getaway

When you want to escape the crowds and hustle of the capital, or just to take a break from everyday life, consider booking a stay at Beechfield House Hotel in Beanacre. Beechfield was built on the outskirts of Melksham in 1878 for a local gentleman farmer, Richard Keevil, whose initials still adorn a bay window. It served as an exceptional family home for ninety years until conversion in the 1960s. But, if historical legacy, beautiful gardens, and an outdoor heated pool aren’t enough to captivate your imagination, there are several other reasons to make Beechfield House Hotel your next summer getaway.

Easy to Reach From London and Close to Regional Delights

Beechfield House is an easy escape from London, making it ideal for those who want to escape without driving forever to reach their destination. This proximity makes us an excellent destination for a weekend getaway with loved ones in the idyllic Wiltshire countryside. Our venue is also close to every regional delight you may want to visit, including Bath and the Cotswolds and the surrounds peppered with farms, pubs, and pretty wool towns and villages.

Beechfield Hotel Rooms are Outstanding

Comprised of 24 good-sized bedrooms, each one is refreshingly distinct and named after trees around the grounds, some of which are quite rare.

All beds are covered with pure Egyptian cotton sheets to ensure you enjoy a soothing sleep in comfort. Each room also has an ensuite, an LCD TV, superfast wifi, a hairdryer, complimentary bathroom potions and Egyptian cotton towels, and finally, coffee and tea facilities. Best of all, there is a range of options, including those for two people, a family stay, or spending time away with your furry four-legged friend. Our Beechfield Restaurant

We know you want great food, wine, and to unwind during your time with us, so we’ve made it simple to get the tastiest food without leaving the hotel. We have four comfortable dining rooms to choose from, an outdoor terrace in our walled garden that’s open during the warmer months, and even poolside food service. With our informal style, and the use of seasonal and homegrown produce grown in our garden where possible, you’ll understand why we have two rosettes and consistently great feedback. Take a look at our current menus here.

Indulge in a Beechfield Afternoon Tea

Prepared by our pastry team, our afternoon tea can be enjoyed in our dining room or on the terrace in summer. Options include the Beechfield Full Afternoon Tea with the classic scones and sandwich selection or the Beechfield Celebration Afternoon Tea, which includes a glass of bubbly. All the options are available each day from 2.30pm to 5.30pm, with more menu details available here.
