Twenty-four bedrooms combine modernity with period features, each designed for and named after a tree that can be found on the grounds. Each room has a beautiful view outside, while the interiors too are something special. Egyptian cotton sheets spread on comfortable mattresses, Egyptian cotton towels in the ensuite complete with special blend toiletries and much more. All rooms also have superfast wifi to ensure you stay up to date with the world on your break. The house hosts snug rooms for two, family rooms that will comfortably fit up to four people for a group getaway, and even a few dog-friendly rooms if you wish to have your four-legged friend join your trip. What Are the Check-in and Out Times?

This depends on whether you book directly with us or go through an agent. Booking directly gives guests the following great benefits that we never offer through agents:

When booking through an agent, our check-in time is 3pm and check-out by 11am, with breakfast also not included in the rate. So as you can see, it’s best to book directly!

The Rectory Hotel

The Rectory feels like entering a members-only club surrounded by tall hedges at the top of the long drive. This immaculate Cotswold-stone house dates back to the early 18th century and started life as a rectory for the local All Saints church that is still around today. The indoors host original flagstones, and airy lounges, each with fireplaces, while the wood-panelled restaurant extends into the glass house, giving a traditional and modern feel. Add 18 bedrooms across the three floors, each with a unique view of the grounds, stunning decor, and luxurious finishes. Woolley Grange

Opening hours are from early in the morning at 8am into the evening until closure at dusk, creating time for summer late evening swims. The pool is set to a beautiful and soothing 28C/83F temperature and is open from early April to late October, covering your summer break entirely. When you wish for a break from the summer sun, relax on one of the loungers surrounding the pool. From there, you are able to order cold soft drinks, wine, beer, ice creams and snacks, which you can enjoy without moving an inch from your spot. Each beverage or summer treat is served in a pool-safe cup or bowl for peace of wine without worrying about breakages – a recipe for that perfect summer pool break.

Recently Beechfield House was featured on Eat Well for Less when Chris and Jordan were in Trowbridge to support Lucy-Kate and Leon and their 8-year-old son Gabriel who has cerebral palsy. With an extremely hectic schedule, the family found mealtimes and healthy eating impossible and needed a little help with emotional eating, snacking, and ordering takeout while wasting healthy food left to rot in the fridge. Guyers House Hotel and Restaurant is a charming, privately owned country house hotel with outstanding gardens, set in the pretty town of Corsham, only eight miles from Bath. The hotel has 37 well-appointed en suite bedrooms, an elegant dining and sitting room, a panelled bar and all the other period features and facilities that you could possibly expect from an English country house set in this beautiful area. The gardens also are a stunning feature, extending over six acres, and include a croquet lawn, a tennis court and a fitness pavilion. 

Rudloe Arms

The Rudloe Arms includes Victorian-style decor throughout, with antique bed frames and roll-top baths, with each bedroom completed with underfloor heating and Juliette balconies.
